Stewed beef with vegetables and rice pasta

Ingredients
- Rice tagliatelle pasta –
- Beef –
- Green beans –
- Carrot –
- Bamboo shoots –
- Lime –
- Garlic –
- Ginger –
- Soy sauce –
- Fish sauce –
Cooking instructions
- Cut funely meet and carrot.
- Fry briefly the meet, add carrot and green beans, add a little bit of water and stew.
- Add freshly squeezed lime juice to the stew.
- Season the stew with garlic and ginger.
- Add soy and fish sauce. Mix everything.
- Stew unitl beef becomes soft.
- At the end add bamboo shoots and stir everything.
- Prepare rice pasta
- In a second pot boil water.
- When it starts to boil, take the pot off the stove and add rice pasta.
- Cover the pot and leave for 2-3 minutes longer than instucted on the package so that the pasta would get soft.
- Drain the pasta and mix with the stew.
