Ingredients

  • Rice tagliatelle pasta –
  • Beef –
  • Green beans –
  • Carrot –
  • Bamboo shoots –
  • Lime –
  • Garlic –
  • Ginger –
  • Soy sauce –
  • Fish sauce –

Cooking instructions

  • Cut funely meet and carrot.
  • Fry briefly the meet, add carrot and green beans, add a little bit of water and stew.
  • Add freshly squeezed lime juice to the stew.
  • Season the stew with garlic and ginger.
  • Add soy and fish sauce. Mix everything.
  • Stew unitl beef becomes soft.
  • At the end add bamboo shoots and stir everything.
  • Prepare rice pasta
    • In a second pot boil water.
    • When it starts to boil, take the pot off the stove and add rice pasta.
    • Cover the pot and leave for 2-3 minutes longer than instucted on the package so that the pasta would get soft.
  • Drain the pasta and mix with the stew.
