Ingredients
- Water -
- Poultry meat -
- Carrot -
- Parsley -
- Celery -
- Bay leaf -
- Lovage -
- Allspice -
- Black pepper -
- Filini pasta -
- Parsley -
Cooking instructions
- Peel all vegetables.
- Pour warm water to a pot, add meat, and boil.
- Remove scum if they appear.
- Add vegetables.
- Reduce heat to bare minimum to keep the soup slowly boiling.
- Add all the spices.
- Make sure the soup is not boiling too quickly (I boil mostly in a covered pot).
- Boil for around 3 hours.
- Boil pasta and serve with the soup.
- Serve with the meat if you like boiled meat. Sprinkle with fresh parsley.
