Ingredients

  • Turkey minced meat -
  • Eggs -
  • Agaricus mushrooms -
  • Red bell pepper -
  • Onion -
  • Carrot -
  • Parsley -
  • Semolina -
  • Optional salt -
  • Herbal pepper -

  • Tomato passata -
  • Buckwheat groats -
  • Broccoli -
  • Beetroot -

Cooking instructions

  • Cut all the vegetables.
  • Stew onion with mushrooms, bell pepper, carrot, and parsley.
  • Mix meat with semolina, egg, tomato passata, and spices.
  • Put the meat on foil (baking paper is also fine), put the stuffing on top.
  • Roll the meat merging the ends.
  • Bake covered in a casserole dish at 200 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
  • Wrap beets in aluminum foil, and bake together with the roll.
  • Grate the beets when they are baked, fry for a while and add spices.
  • Serve with buckwheat groats, broccoli, and beetroots.
