Turkey roll with vegetables and mushrooms

- Turkey minced meat –
- Eggs –
- Agaricus mushrooms –
- Red bell pepper –
- Onion –
- Carrot –
- Parsley –
- Semolina –
- Optional salt –

- Buckwheat groats –
- Broccoli –
- Beetroot –
Cooking instructions
- Cut all the vegetables.
- Stew onion with mushrooms, bell pepper, carrot, and parsley.
- Mix meat with semolina, egg, tomato passata, and spices.
- Put the meat on foil (baking paper is also fine), put the stuffing on top.
- Roll the meat merging the ends.
- Bake covered in a casserole dish at 200 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
- Wrap beets in aluminum foil, and bake together with the roll.
- Grate the beets when they are baked, fry for a while and add spices.
- Serve with buckwheat groats, broccoli, and beetroots.
