Cooking instructions

  • Cut meat, onion, and mushrooms. Cut or grate carrots.
  • Stew the onion.
  • Add the mushrooms and the carrots.
  • Add water to the stewed vegetables and add the meat.
  • Stew everything under covered for 30 minutes.
  • Add spices, yogurt, horseradish, and mustard to taste.
  • Serve with buckwheat groats, beetroots, and curry pickles.
