Cooking instructions
- Cut meat, onion, and mushrooms. Cut or grate carrots.
- Stew the onion.
- Add the mushrooms and the carrots.
- Add water to the stewed vegetables and add the meat.
- Stew everything under covered for 30 minutes.
- Add spices, yogurt, horseradish, and mustard to taste.
- Serve with buckwheat groats, beetroots, and curry pickles.
