Cooking instructions
- Mince veal, add spices, egg, and bread roll soaked in milk. Mix everything together.
- Prepare broth.
- Fill a pot with water and add sliced carrot, green beans, parsley, dill, and spices.
- Boil the broth.
- Add meatballs to the broth. Meatballs can be covered with rice or corn flour.
- Boil until soft.
- Season to taste.
