Cooking instructions

  • Mince veal, add spices, egg, and bread roll soaked in milk. Mix everything together.
  • Prepare broth.
    • Fill a pot with water and add sliced carrot, green beans, parsley, dill, and spices.
    • Boil the broth.
  • Add meatballs to the broth. Meatballs can be covered with rice or corn flour.
  • Boil until soft.
  • Season to taste.
  • Serve with al dente boiled pasta.
