Ingredients
- Spaghetti -
- Minced beef -
- Carrot -
- Red onion -
- Garlic -
- Canned tomatoes -
- Tomato puree -
- Black pepper -
- Bay leaf -
- Oregano -
- Olive oil -
Cooking instructions
- Peel and grate carrot.
- Cut finely onion.
- Press garlic.
- Fry the onion with garlic, then add the carrot.
- Add meat and fry it.
- When the meat is ready add tomatoes and tomato puree.
- Add bay leafs, pepper, and oregano.
- Stew the sauce under cover for an hour. Stir the sauce from time to time.
- Boil pasta al dente and serve with the sauce.
