Ingredients

  • Spaghetti -
  • Minced beef -
  • Carrot -
  • Red onion -
  • Garlic -
  • Canned tomatoes -
  • Tomato puree -
  • Black pepper -
  • Bay leaf -
  • Oregano -
  • Olive oil -

Cooking instructions

  • Peel and grate carrot.
  • Cut finely onion.
  • Press garlic.
  • Fry the onion with garlic, then add the carrot.
  • Add meat and fry it.
  • When the meat is ready add tomatoes and tomato puree.
  • Add bay leafs, pepper, and oregano.
  • Stew the sauce under cover for an hour. Stir the sauce from time to time.
  • Boil pasta al dente and serve with the sauce.
