Cooking instructions
- Boil rice al dente.
- Mix meat with spices and egg.
- Chop finely napa cabbage, leek, and carrot. Pour water and stew them. Season to taste.
- Arrange in the casserole dish: a half part of rice, meat, napa cabbage with carrot and leek, cheese, rice, and tomatoes slices. Sprinkle with olive oil and oregano.
