Cooking instructions

  • Boil rice al dente.
  • Mix meat with spices and egg.
  • Chop finely napa cabbage, leek, and carrot. Pour water and stew them. Season to taste.
  • Arrange in the casserole dish: a half part of rice, meat, napa cabbage with carrot and leek, cheese, rice, and tomatoes slices. Sprinkle with olive oil and oregano.
  • Bake at 180 degrees for 5 minutes.
