Dumplings with forest mashrooms

Ingredients

- Dried mushrooms –
- Parsley –

Cooking instructions
- Wash mushrooms, boil until tender, stew with spices and parsley, and grind.
- Knead flour with oil, and hot water. Then roll out the dough, and cut circles.
- Put a spoon of stuffing on each dough circle, then form dumpling.
- Boil water with a teaspoon of olive oil and a pinch of salt.
- Throw dumplings to the boiling water. Boil about 5 minutes - until dumplings start floating.
- Chilled dumplings can be frozen for storage. Lay out the dumplings on a baking paper in the freezer so they would not touch. After around 2 hours frozen dumplings can be put to bags or containers.
