Cooking instructions
- 1 layer: blend persimmon (remember to leave some cut persimmon for decoration) with half of mascarpone.
- 2 layer: slice banana (leave a few slices for decoration) and arrange on the top.
- 3 layer: blend kiwi (again leave a slice or two for decoration) with agave syrup, and the rest of mascarpone.
- Arrange banana, persimmon and kiwi slices on the top.
