Cooking instructions

  • 1 layer: blend persimmon (remember to leave some cut persimmon for decoration) with half of mascarpone.
  • 2 layer: slice banana (leave a few slices for decoration) and arrange on the top.
  • 3 layer: blend kiwi (again leave a slice or two for decoration) with agave syrup, and the rest of mascarpone.
  • Arrange banana, persimmon and kiwi slices on the top.
