Cooking instructions

  • Peel and finely cut all the vegetables.
  • Fry onion with garlic.
  • Add meat and fry for a while or stew straight away.
  • Add tomatoes, carrots, bell pepper, and spices. Mix everything thoroughly.
  • Pour water, soy sauce, and tomato paste. Mix all.
  • Stew for 30 to 35 minutes.
  • Boil barley groats.
