- Soy sauce –

- Barley groats –
Cooking instructions
- Peel and finely cut all the vegetables.
- Fry onion with garlic.
- Add meat and fry for a while or stew straight away.
- Add tomatoes, carrots, bell pepper, and spices. Mix everything thoroughly.
- Pour water, soy sauce, and tomato paste. Mix all.
- Stew for 30 to 35 minutes.
