Cooking instructions
- Divide cauliflower into florets, cut the remaining vegetables.
- Fry leek briefly.
- Add carrot, coconut milk, soy sauce, and water.
- Mix everything thoroughly.
- Stew everything for a while and add cauliflower and red bell pepper.
- Add curry, parsley, and garlic.
- Stew under cover for 30 to 40 minutes.
