- Salmon fillet –
- Lemon pepper –
- Grated beetroot –
- Dill –
- Brown rice –
Cooking instructions
- Boil rice.
- Divide salmon into pieces and sprinkle with lemon pepper.
- Put the spoon of beetroot on each fish piece.
- Wrap each salmon piece in aluminum foil.
- Then put wrapped salmon pieces into an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Serve with fresh dill.
