  • Agaricus mushrooms –

  • Oregano –
  • Bay leaf –
  • Allspice –

Cooking instructions

  • Boil pasta al dente.
  • Season meat to taste, add egg and semolina.
  • Mix everything thoroughly and form meatballs.
  • Cut onion, grate carrot and parsley, slice mushrooms.
  • Stew prepared vegetables with spices, add bay leaf, allspice, and salt to taste.
  • Add meatballs to the boiling vegetables.
  • Boil together for 15 minutes.
  • Serve with pasta and fresh dill.
