- Agaricus mushrooms -
- Carrot -
- Parsley -
- Onion -
- Eggs -
- Semolina -
- Penne pasta -
- Dill -
- Parsley -
- Black pepper -
- Sweet pepper -
- Oregano -
- Bay leaf -
- Allspice -
- Salt -
Cooking instructions
- Boil pasta al dente.
- Season meat to taste, add egg and semolina.
- Mix everything thoroughly and form meatballs.
- Cut onion, grate carrot and parsley, slice mushrooms.
- Stew prepared vegetables with spices, add bay leaf, allspice, and salt to taste.
- Add meatballs to the boiling vegetables.
- Boil together for 15 minutes.
