Cooking instructions
- Beat egg whites.
- Mix the remaining ingredients and then mix with beaten egg whites.
- Transfer mass to a form and bake at 160 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Prepare gelatin.
- Mix cold gelatin with quark, raisins, dried cranberry, and stevia.
- Put the mass on sponge cake.
- Refrigerate the cake.
- When the cheese mass solidifies, lay out peach slices.
- Pour slightly solidified jelly on top, and refrigerate until jelly is fully solidified.
