Cooking instructions

  • Beat egg whites.
  • Mix the remaining ingredients and then mix with beaten egg whites.
  • Transfer mass to a form and bake at 160 degrees for 30 minutes.
  • Prepare gelatin.
  • Mix cold gelatin with quark, raisins, dried cranberry, and stevia.
  • Put the mass on sponge cake.
  • Refrigerate the cake.
  • When the cheese mass solidifies, lay out peach slices.
  • Pour slightly solidified jelly on top, and refrigerate until jelly is fully solidified.
