Ingredients

  • Salmon fillet –
  • Cod fillet –
  • Millet –
  • Potato –
  • Red onion –
  • Parsley –

  • Soy sauce –
  • Fish sauce –
  • Lime juice –
  • Water –

Cooking instructions

  • Remove fishbone from fishes, divide fishes into smaller pieces, and transfer to a pot.
  • Add soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, and water.
  • Boil fishes for 20 minutes.
  • Remove fish from the pot.
  • In a pot with the fish broth boil millet and potatoes cut into cubes. Add water if necessary.
  • Cut and fry red onion.
  • Put to blender boiled fishes with onion, millet, and potatoes.
  • Add eggs and blend until smooth.
  • Transfer the mass to a rectangular form laid out with baking paper.
  • Bake at 175 degrees for 30 minutes.

The dish can be served cold or hot.
