- Remove fishbone from fishes, divide fishes into smaller pieces, and transfer to a pot.
- Add soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, and water.
- Boil fishes for 20 minutes.
- Remove fish from the pot.
- In a pot with the fish broth boil millet and potatoes cut into cubes. Add water if necessary.
- Cut and fry red onion.
- Put to blender boiled fishes with onion, millet, and potatoes.
- Add eggs and blend until smooth.
- Transfer the mass to a rectangular form laid out with baking paper.
- Bake at 175 degrees for 30 minutes.
The dish can be served cold or hot.
