Eggless apple fritters

- Wholewheat flour –
- Wheat flour –
- Semolina –
- Baking soda –
- Milk –
- Cinnamon –
- Vanilla sugar –
- Coconut oil –
- Grated apples –
- Kiwi –
- Banana –
- Dark chocolate –
- Greek yogurt –
Cooking instructions
- Mix flours with semolina, and milk.
- Add water if needed - you want to get a consistency of a thick cream.
- Mix prepared dough with grated apple, cinnamon, vanilla sugar, and coconut oil.
- Fry on both sides until golden brown (use coconut oil for frying).
- Serve with Greek yogurt, kiwi, banana, and dark chocolate melted in water bath.
