- Pork tenderloins -
- Red onion -
- Leek -
- Red bell pepper -
- Yellow bell pepper -
- Carrot -
- Soy sauce -
- Ginger -
- Garlic -
- Water -
- Bulgur groats -
- Chive -
Cooking instructions
- Slice pork tenderloins.
- Cut onion, leek, carrot, and bell peppers.
- Fry the onion with garlic and leek.
- Add the carrot and mix everything. Fry for a while.
- Add the tenderloins, water, soy sauce, and some ginger to taste.
- Mix everything thoroughly and stew covered for 30 minutes.
- Boil bulgur groats.
- Serve sprinkled with chive.
