Cooking instructions

  • Slice pork tenderloins.
  • Cut onion, leek, carrot, and bell peppers.
  • Fry the onion with garlic and leek.
  • Add the carrot and mix everything. Fry for a while.
  • Add the tenderloins, water, soy sauce, and some ginger to taste.
  • Mix everything thoroughly and stew covered for 30 minutes.
  • Boil bulgur groats.
  • Serve sprinkled with chive.
