Cooking instructions
- Peel sweet potato, slice, smear with olive oil, sprinkle with favorite herbs, and bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
- Immerse tomato in hot water for a while (it makes the peel go away much easier), peel, and cut into cubes.
- Add pumpkin, cut olives and pineapple, yogurt, and spices to the tomato.
- Mix everything thoroughly.
- Serve baked sweet potato slices with prepared salsa and chive.
