Cooking instructions
- Turkey
- Cut turkey leg without skin into cubes and arrange to a casserole dish.
- Mix the meat with spices, add juniper, bay leaf, and lovage.
- Sprinkle with olive oil.
- Cover the dish and set to the fridge for an hour.
- Cut onion.
- Add the onion to the meat.
- Pour water to the turkey and bake covered at 220 degrees for an hour. Uncover the dish 5 minutes before the end to get crust. Add water during baking as necessary.
- Boil unpeeled potatoes.
- Peel cucumber, then cut it along with a peeler into stripes, finally mix with natural yogurt.
