Cooking instructions

  • Turkey
    • Cut turkey leg without skin into cubes and arrange to a casserole dish.
    • Mix the meat with spices, add juniper, bay leaf, and lovage.
    • Sprinkle with olive oil.
    • Cover the dish and set to the fridge for an hour.
    • Cut onion.
    • Add the onion to the meat.
    • Pour water to the turkey and bake covered at 220 degrees for an hour. Uncover the dish 5 minutes before the end to get crust. Add water during baking as necessary.
  • Boil unpeeled potatoes.
  • Peel cucumber, then cut it along with a peeler into stripes, finally mix with natural yogurt.
