Green lentil with mushrooms and vegetables

- Red onion –
- Eggplant –
- Spinach –
- Agaricus mushrooms –
- Soy sauce –

Cooking instructions
- Boil green lentil according to the instructions on the package.
- Cut onion and mushrooms finely.
- Cut eggplant into cubes (you can use the flash remaining from stuffed eggplant).
- Fry the onion, add the mushrooms and stew everything.
- Add the eggplant and spinach. Mix everything.
- Pour water and stew everything.
- Add soy sauce, savory, and garlic.
- Stew for 20-25 minutes.
- Add boiled green lentil to the stewing vegetables. Stew everything for 5 minutes.
- Serve with grated cheese and basil leaves.
