Delicate tenderloins with barley groats

Ingredients
- Pork tenderloins –
- Bamboo shoots –
- Mun mushrooms –
- Leek –
- Garlic –
- Ginger –
- Cayenne pepper –
- Soy sauce –
- Barley groats –
Cooking instructions
- Slice meat then cut each slice into stripes.
- Cut leek.
- Warm up oil on a deep frying pan (I prefer coconut oil).
- Add cut leek on the warm frying pan, and after a while add the meat.
- After 2 minutes of frying, add a bit of water and 2 spoons of soy sauce.
- Add bamboo shoots and mun mushrooms.
- Season with garlic, ginger, and a bit of cayenne pepper.
- Add water and stew under cover for 25 to 30 minutes, until the meat is tender.
