Delicate tenderloins with barley groats

Ingredients

  • Pork tenderloins -
  • Bamboo shoots -
  • Mun mushrooms -
  • Leek -
  • Garlic -
  • Ginger -
  • Cayenne pepper -
  • Soy sauce -
  • Barley groats -

Cooking instructions

  • Slice meat then cut each slice into stripes.
  • Cut leek.
  • Warm up oil on a deep frying pan (I prefer coconut oil).
  • Add cut leek on the warm frying pan, and after a while add the meat.
  • After 2 minutes of frying, add a bit of water and 2 spoons of soy sauce.
  • Add bamboo shoots and mun mushrooms.
  • Season with garlic, ginger, and a bit of cayenne pepper.
  • Add water and stew under cover for 25 to 30 minutes, until the meat is tender.
  • Prepare groats as instructed on the package.
