Cooking instructions

  • Mix olive oil with walnut oil and spices.
  • Divide cauliflower into florets and marinate in olive mix.
  • After a few hours, transfer cauliflower to a casserole dishand cover with aluminum foil.
  • Bake at 200 degrees for 45 minutes.
  • Then, remove the foil and bake for another 30-45 minutes.
  • Prepare sauce:
    • Mix Greek yogurt with honey, garlic, and parsley.
