Cooking instructions
- Mix olive oil with walnut oil and spices.
- Divide cauliflower into florets and marinate in olive mix.
- After a few hours, transfer cauliflower to a casserole dishand cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake at 200 degrees for 45 minutes.
- Then, remove the foil and bake for another 30-45 minutes.
- Prepare sauce:
- Mix Greek yogurt with honey, garlic, and parsley.
