Cooking instructions

  • Blend quark with banana, desiccated coconut, pudding, sugar cane, baking powder, and egg yolks.
  • Beat egg whites with salt.
  • Beaten egg whites add to the cheese mass and mix gently.
  • Transfer to a mold and bake at 180 degrees for 60 minutes.
  • When the cheesecake is ready start preparing the icing:
    • Melt chocolate and butter together.
    • Stirr until the ingredients blend together.
    • Put the icing on the cake.
