- Carrot –
- Potato –
- Red onion –
- Leek –
- Green beans –
- Garlic –
- Thyme –
- Soy sauce –
- Water –
- Rice pasta –
Cooking instructions
- Slice pork tenderloins.
- Peel and cut potatoes, carrots, and onion into small pieces.
- Cut leek.
- Fry the onion with leek, and garlic.
- Add all vegetables, after several minutes add water.
- Add the meat, soy sauce, and thyme.
- Mix everything thoroughly and stew covered for 30 minutes.
- At the end you can remove the cover to evaporate excess water.
- Prepare rice pasta according to instructions on the package.
- Serve stewed meat and vegetables with rice pasta.
