  • Greek yogurt -
  • Olive oil -
  • Salt -
  • Dried yeast -
  • Sugar -
  • Water -

Cooking instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients and knead the dough (pumpkin flour can be replaced with spelt flour).
  • Transfer the dough to a mold.
  • Place it to an oven preheated to 50 degrees.
  • The dough should rise for around 40 minutes.
  • Then increase the oven temperature to 180 degrees. After 40 minutes the bread is ready.
