Rice bread with Greek yogurt

- Rice flour –
- Spelt flour –
- Wheat flour –
- Pumpkin seed flour –
- Pumpkin seeds –
- Sesame –
- Chia seeds –
- Linseed –
- Greek yogurt –
- Olive oil –
- Salt –
- Dried yeast –
- Sugar –
- Water –
Cooking instructions
- Mix all the ingredients and knead the dough (pumpkin flour can be replaced with spelt flour).
- Transfer the dough to a mold.
- Place it to an oven preheated to 50 degrees.
- The dough should rise for around 40 minutes.
- Then increase the oven temperature to 180 degrees. After 40 minutes the bread is ready.
