Sour-sweet chicken with pineapple and pattypan

- Rice tagliatelle pasta –
- Chicken breast –
- Peas –
- Canned pineapple –
- Canned pattypan squashes –
- Agaricus mushrooms –
- Garlic –
- Sweet pepper –
- Marjoram –
- Olive oil –
Cooking instructions
- Prepare marinade: mix spices with olive oil.
- Cut chicken breasts into cubes, add to the marinade, mix, and set to the fridge for half an hour.
- Cut pineapple, pattypan, and mushrooms.
- Fry the chicken for a while, or start stewing straight away.
- Add the mushrooms, pineapple, pattypan, and peas, a half glass of water, and 2-3 spoons of juice from the can with pineapple.
- Stew under cover for 20 minutes, then uncover, and stew until the water evaporates.
- Prepare rice pasta according to the instructions on the package.
