- Chive -

- Sweet pepper -

- Soy sauce -
- Bulgur groats -
Cooking instructions
- Cut tenderloin into slices, then into stripes.
- Cut bell peppers, shallot, and pineapple.
- Fry shallot for a while, then add the meat.
- Fry for a while, then pour half a glass of water and soy sauce.
- Add bell peppers and all the spices.
- Stew covered for half an hour.
- Boil bulgur groats according on instructions to the package.
