Fluffy yogurt cake with lychee and pineapple

Ingredients
- Dried dates -
- Sunflower seeds -
- Dried plums -
- Greek yogurt -
- Gelatin -
- Hot water -
- Lychee -
- Canned pineapple -
- Banana -
- Lemon juice -
- Gooseberry jelly -
Cooking instructions
- Bottom:
- Blend sunflower seeds with dried plums, and dried dates.
- Transfer the prepared mass to the mold, then press it down.
- Yogurt mass:
- Slice bananas, then arrange them on the bottom and sprinkle with lemon juice.
- Dissolve gelatin in 3/4 glass of hot water.
- Chop or blend lychee and pineapple.
- Mix the chopped fruits with greek yogurt and cold gelatine. Then Transfer the mass to the mold.
- Set to the fridge until gelatin solidifies.
- Top layer:
- Prepare jelly.
- When the jelly starts to settle, pour it on the jogurt mass.
