Ingredients

  • Lemon juice –
  • Top layer
  • Gooseberry jelly –

Cooking instructions

  • Bottom:
    • Blend sunflower seeds with dried plums, and dried dates.
    • Transfer the prepared mass to the mold, then press it down.
  • Yogurt mass:
    • Slice bananas, then arrange them on the bottom and sprinkle with lemon juice.
    • Dissolve gelatin in 3/4 glass of hot water.
    • Chop or blend lychee and pineapple.
    • Mix the chopped fruits with greek yogurt and cold gelatine. Then Transfer the mass to the mold.
    • Set to the fridge until gelatin solidifies.
  • Top layer:
    • Prepare jelly.
    • When the jelly starts to settle, pour it on the jogurt mass.
    • Set aside to the fridge until fully settled.
