Cooking instructions

  • Cake
    • Dissolve yeast in warm water with sugar.
    • Mix all the ingredients and knead.
    • Let it grow for 30 minutes in a warm place.
    • After 30 minutes, re-knead and roll the dough.
  • Sauce
    • Blend all the ingredients.
  • Cut turkey breast into cubes and mix with herbs.
  • Fry for a few minutes.
  • Grate cheese, cut mushrooms and bell pepper.
  • Spread with tomato sauce, arrange your favorite ingredients. I use meat, mushrooms, and bell pepper.
  • Sprinkle with grated cheese.
  • Bake for 15 minutes at 200C.
  • Arrange arugula on top before serving.
