Cooking instructions

  • Whip butter with sugar cane and egg yolks.
  • Add all the ingredients, without cocoa.
  • Beat the egg whites and add them to the prepared mass.
  • Divide mass into 2 parts.
  • Mix the first part with cocoa.
  • Transfer the dark mass to a mold, then transfer the white mass.
  • Bake at 180 degrees for 50-55 minutes.
