  • Ketchup -

Cooking instructions

  • Peel and grate carrots and parsnip.
  • Cut red bell pepper and mushrooms.
  • Chop parsley.
  • Stew the mushrooms.
  • Mix meat with vegetables and stewed mushrooms.
  • Add egg and season.
  • Mix everything thoroughly.
  • Put the mass into mold.
  • Optionally smear some ketchup on top.
  • Bake at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
