- Carrot –
- Parsnip –
- Red bell pepper –
- Brown mushrooms –
- Parsley –
- Dired onion –

- Eggs –
- Ketchup –
Cooking instructions
- Peel and grate carrots and parsnip.
- Cut red bell pepper and mushrooms.
- Chop parsley.
- Stew the mushrooms.
- Mix meat with vegetables and stewed mushrooms.
- Add egg and season.
- Mix everything thoroughly.
- Put the mass into mold.
- Optionally smear some ketchup on top.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
