Cabbage rolls with tofu

Ingredients
- Cabbage –
- Tofu –
- Brown mushrooms –
- Red onion –
- Soy sauce –
- Eggs –
- Marjoram –
- Garlic –
Cooking instructions
- Dice tofu (I have used tofu marinated in herbs).
- Cut finely onion and mushrooms.
- Put cabbage in a boiling water for a short while, it will ease leaves removal and prevent them from breaking.
- Remove the leaves from cabbage one by one.
- Fry tofu for 2-3 minutes.
- Add onion with mushrooms to tofu.
- Add all spices, soy sauce, then stir in small amount of water (add water during the process as necessary).
- Finally, let the water evaporate when tofu is ready, and leave it aside to cool.
- Mix the cold stuffing with egg.
- Arrange stuffing on leaves and roll.
- To maintain shape of the rolls you can use toothpicks.
- Steam the rolls for approximately 50 minutes.
