Bulgur with stewed vegetables and chicken

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast -
  • Green asparagus -
  • Leek -
  • Peas -
  • Red bell pepper -
  • Soy sauce -
  • Garlic -
  • Bulgur groats -

Cooking instructions

  • Boil bulgur groats.
  • Cut meat into cubes. Put the meat in a bowl and mix with garlic.
  • Wash asparagus and break off the woody ends.
  • Cut leek and bell pepper.
  • Warm up a frying pan with a bit of coconut oil.
  • Add leek, then after a minute add the meat.
  • After a minute or two, pour half glass of water and soy sauce.
  • Stew for 10 minutes.
  • Add peas and pepper, then stew for 5 minutes (add water if necessary).
  • At the end add the asparagus.
  • Stew for 3-4 more minutes.
  • Serve with prepared groats.
