Bulgur with stewed vegetables and chicken

Ingredients
- Chicken breast –
- Green asparagus –
- Leek –
- Peas –
- Red bell pepper –
- Soy sauce –
- Garlic –
- Bulgur groats –
Cooking instructions
- Boil bulgur groats.
- Cut meat into cubes. Put the meat in a bowl and mix with garlic.
- Wash asparagus and break off the woody ends.
- Cut leek and bell pepper.
- Warm up a frying pan with a bit of coconut oil.
- Add leek, then after a minute add the meat.
- After a minute or two, pour half glass of water and soy sauce.
- Stew for 10 minutes.
- Add peas and pepper, then stew for 5 minutes (add water if necessary).
- At the end add the asparagus.
- Stew for 3-4 more minutes.
- Serve with prepared groats.
