Cooking instructions
- Mix rice flour with sugar cane, and baking powder.
- Add buttermilk, mascarpone, and eggs.
- Squeeze lemon juice and pour to the mass.
- Mix all the ingredients.
- Transfer the dough into molds.
- Bake muffins for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
