Ingredients
- Quinoa –
- Flax seed ground –
- Spinach –
- Sweet potato –
- Olive oil –
- Shallot –
- Herbal pepper –

Cooking instructions
- Boil quinoa.
- Cut shallot and fry with spinach.
- Peel and grate sweet potato.
- Add the sweet potato, shallot, and spinach to the boiled quinoa.
- Add ground flax seed, olive oil, herbal pepper, and garlic.
- Mix everything thoroughly.
- Form cutlets and place on a baking tray lined with baking sheet.
- Bake at 190 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Serve baked cutlets with favorite salad.
