Cooking instructions

  • Boil quinoa.
  • Cut shallot and fry with spinach.
  • Peel and grate sweet potato.
  • Add the sweet potato, shallot, and spinach to the boiled quinoa.
  • Add ground flax seed, olive oil, herbal pepper, and garlic.
  • Mix everything thoroughly.
  • Form cutlets and place on a baking tray lined with baking sheet.
  • Bake at 190 degrees for 20 minutes.
  • Serve baked cutlets with favorite salad.
