Beef-vegetable spring rolls

Ingredients
- Rice paper -
- Minced beef -
- Carrot -
- Spinach -
- Shallot -
- Mun mushrooms -
- Soy sauce -
- Fish sauce -
- Chive -
- Trawa cytrynowa (pl) -
- Ginger -
- Garlic -
- Coriander -
- Eggs -
Cooking instructions
- Chop finely and fry shallot.
- Peel carrot and great on fine mesh.
- Add meat, grated carrot, spinach, ginger, garlic, lemon grass, coriander, soy sauce, and fish sauce to the shallot.
- Stew everything for 20-25 minutes. Pour water if necessary.
- Add mun mushrooms and cut chives at the end of stewing.
- Cool down the stuffing.
- Let the stuffing cool, then add egg or two and mix all thoroughly.
- Moist rice paper in water (I use a brush to smear water on the paper).
- Place stuffing on the soaked paper (around one spoon) and roll.
- Place spring rolls on a baking tray, on a paper shits.
- Smear the spring rolls with olive oils.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 200 degrees.
