Ingredients

  • Rice paper -
  • Minced beef -
  • Carrot -
  • Spinach -
  • Shallot -
  • Mun mushrooms -
  • Soy sauce -
  • Fish sauce -
  • Chive -
  • Trawa cytrynowa (pl) -
  • Ginger -
  • Garlic -
  • Coriander -
  • Eggs -

Cooking instructions

  • Chop finely and fry shallot.
  • Peel carrot and great on fine mesh.
  • Add meat, grated carrot, spinach, ginger, garlic, lemon grass, coriander, soy sauce, and fish sauce to the shallot.
  • Stew everything for 20-25 minutes. Pour water if necessary.
  • Add mun mushrooms and cut chives at the end of stewing.
  • Cool down the stuffing.
  • Let the stuffing cool, then add egg or two and mix all thoroughly.
  • Moist rice paper in water (I use a brush to smear water on the paper).
  • Place stuffing on the soaked paper (around one spoon) and roll.
  • Place spring rolls on a baking tray, on a paper shits.
  • Smear the spring rolls with olive oils.
  • Bake for 15 minutes at 200 degrees.
