Ingredients

  • Cabbage –
  • Red lentil –
  • Red bell pepper –

Cooking instructions

  • Shred cabbage and put in the pot.
  • Add water and boil for 30-35 minutes.
  • Add red lentil and boil for the time required by the red lentil, add water if necessary.
  • Add tomato puree, olive oil, curry, sweet pepper, and garlic.
  • Mix everything.
  • 10 minutes before end, add cut red bell pepper.
  • Sprinkle with cut fresh parsley.
