Pork tenderloins with papaya on rice pasta

- Rice capellini pasta -
- Pork tenderloins -
- Papaya -
- Red bell pepper -
- Shallot -
- Mun mushrooms -
- Soy sauce -
- Chive -
- Garlic -
- Sesame -
Cooking instructions
- Slice pork tenderloins.
- Cut papaya, red bell pepper, and shallot.
- Fry the shallot and add the meat.
- Pour half a glass of water and soy sauce after few minutes.
- Stew for 5 minutes and add the papaya and garlic.
- Stew everything for 10 minutes. If you want pour additional water.
- Add bell pepper and mun mushrooms.
- Stew for about 10 minutes.
- Mix everything thoroughly and evaporate water.
- Prepare rice pasta according to the instructions on the package.
- Serve sprinkled with cut chive and sesame.
