Cooking instructions

  • Boil barley groats.
  • Cut onion.
  • Peel and slice carrots.
  • Fry the onion on olive oil, add meat after minutes and then fry for a while or stew straight away.
  • When the stewing process begins, add carrots, white wine vinegar, and spices.
  • Stew for 25-30 minutes.
  • Corn starch can be added at the end to thicken the sauce, but it is not necessary.
  • Serve with boiled barley groats.
