Cooking instructions
- Boil barley groats.
- Cut onion.
- Peel and slice carrots.
- Fry the onion on olive oil, add meat after minutes and then fry for a while or stew straight away.
- When the stewing process begins, add carrots, white wine vinegar, and spices.
- Stew for 25-30 minutes.
- Corn starch can be added at the end to thicken the sauce, but it is not necessary.
- Serve with boiled barley groats.
